We also provide a quick solution to those families that will have a Little visitor.

How it works?

Delivery or Pick Up. It's up to you.

• Have a look at our products and decide which one(s) you want to rent. If you are ready, click on "Make a Reservation". This will take you to our reservations page.
• Please fill out all the required information on the reservation form. Once completed, click on "Submit" (No payment is required at this point). After submitting the form, the reservation request is sent to us.
• We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability, pricing, and delivery fees (if requested). (If you don't hear from us, please check your spam folder). We will also attach the rental agreement, it has to be signed and returned to us in order to confirm the reservation. In order to hold your reservation, you will have to provide a credit card on the rental agreement.
• Your order is confirmed once the rental agreement is completed. A reservation agent will contact you to set up a delivery or pickup time. 
• All payments must be made at the time of delivery/pick-up. For credit card payments the card provided on the rental agreement must be the same card used at the time of the payment.
• A minimum 2-day rental applies to all items.

We can deliver the rental items to the location of your choice within Ottawa or you can pick-up from our convenient location. The cost of delivery depends on the exact location so if you are interested in this option, please let us know the exact address and we can provide a quote. Some of the most popular delivery locations are the Ottawa Airport (YOW), the train station, hotels, customer's houses, etc. You just tell us where and we'll be there! We also have very flexible hours and we deliver on weekends as well.
