How do I make a reservation?
To make a reservation, please visit our Reservation page and submit the form. If you have questions, you can contact us by phone or email.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that travel plan changes specially if you are travelling with kids. We require 48 hours notice before your rental start date to reschedule or cancel your reservation at no charge. Anything after that may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental fee. For items reserved for the same day and then cancelled, we will charge you an administrative fee of $10.
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
We encourage you to make a reservation with minimum 48 hours in advance to make sure we can accommodate your request. During peak season (long weekends, holidays, summer months), we suggest that you reserve several weeks in advance. We will do our best to accommodate last minute (less than 48 hours) requests, in that case please contact us by phone at +1-613-809-6701.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, a minimum 3-day rental applies to all items. Please note that the rental fees are calculated per calendar day not per 24-hour period.
Can I rent items for more than one week?
Absolutely! We also offer long term rentals. Please contact us for more information.
What if I would like to keep the equipment for longer than I reserved?
It's possible! Please contact us to confirm availability.
Do you provide discounts for multiple items or extended rentals?
Yes, we do offer discounts for multiple items and extended rentals. Please contact us by phone or by email for more details.
Why do I need to sign a Rental Agreement?
The rental agreement states the terms and conditions of the rental service. Please contact us if you have questions.
What are the advantages of renting?
Airlines have baggage restrictions and excess-baggage fees that will increase the cost of your trip. Renting will save you time, space and of course stress. You can visit Ottawa hassle-free and enjoy your holidays with peace of mind because all our equipment is safety inspected and sanitized after every rental.
EQUIPMENT
Do you install car seats?
For liability reasons, we are unable to install car seats. The installation manual is provided with every rental. You are responsible to install it properly. Local police and fire stations no longer offer the installation service. However, a company called Safe Seats Ottawa offers this service for a fee. How new is your equipment?
Our equipment is replaced on a on a regular basis to provide you with the latest models in great condition. We check safety regulations frequently and keep up to date with the latest products.
What if I need something not on your list?
Don't worry! Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Are your products clean and safe?
Absolutely! Your Little Traveller's safety and health are our main priorities. For that reason, our equipment is safety inspected after every rental, and sanitized with environmentally friendly and fragrance-free products. In addition, all of our car seats comply with the Transport Canada’s Child Car Seat safety regulations.
What are the car seat laws in Ontario?
We encourage you to visit the Ontario's Ministry of Transportation website for more information about car seat laws.
What if I am not satisfied with the equipment provided?
If you are not satisfied with our equipment, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to replace it or refund your money.
DELIVERIES/PICK-UP
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes. The cost of delivery depends on the exact location, please let us know the exact address and we can provide a quote.

Do you deliver to other locations?
Absolutely! We can deliver to the location of your choice in Ottawa and surrounding areas including Kanata, Orleans and Hull.
Can i pick up the rental items rather than pay for delivery?
No, all the rental requests are for delivery only.
what are you delivery/pick-up hours?
Our delivery/pick-up hours are Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 20:00 Eastern Time. Saturdays and Sundays from 09:00 to 13:00 Eastern Time.
PAYMENT
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Please note that you have to provide a credit card on the rental agreement in order to confirm your reservation.
When am I charged for my reserved EQUIPMENT?
All payments must be made at the time of delivery. We will use the credit card provided on the rental agreement to process payment.
Why do I have to provide a credit card?
We require a credit card for two reasons:
1. To hold your reservation. This is the only way to confirm it. We won't charge your card at this point.
2. It will serve as insurance in case of any damage or loss of the equipment. For more information please refer to the rental agreement or contact us.

How are your rental fees calculated?
Our rental fees are calculated per calendar day not per 24-hour period. Example: if your start date is March 19, and the end date is March 22, your quote will be for 4 days.

We are located in Ottawa, ON. We serve all the surrounding area including Kanata, Orleans and Hull.

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00 (Eastern Time). Saturdays and Sundays from 09:00 to 13:00 (Eastern Time).
